We are happy to present to you our wonderful Villa Paradise Uluwatu team. During your stay you will have our multidisciplinary staff at your disposal who will do all they can to make you feel at home. They will cover: breakfast, security, housekeeping, maintenance, pool, garden and hospitality services. Just tell them what you need and if within reason and respectful, they will accommodate you to the best of their abilities.
Should you require catering services, a private dinner chef, massage or tennis coach, all this can be arranged for you via Riyo - our villa supervisor.
From the moment you arrive, our staff will greet you with warm smiles and ensure that you feel welcome and at home. Our experienced villa manager will be your point of contact throughout your stay, and will be available to assist you with anything you need, from arranging transportation to recommending local activities.

Originally from Java, Gita brings brains, heart, and hustle to the team. A proud single mom of two boys (who are holding down the fort with grandma back home), she’s the friendly powerhouse behind the scenes—organising, translating, coordinating, and always with a smile. Whether it’s sorting logistics, smoothing over last-minute changes, or making sure your stay feels seamless, Gita’s got it covered.
Sumarni | Cook
Say hello to Sumarni, our breakfast queen and all-round house whisperer. She's new to the team, but she's already won hearts—especially at our son’s birthday party, Pancake stacks, avocado toast, and sunny-side-up eggs? Let’s just say they don’t stick around for long!
Fina | Head of housekeeping
Meet Fina, the heart of our housekeeping team. Before the owners even set foot in the villa, Fina was already here. Originally from Kupang, she is no-nonsense, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. Though she may be a little shy, she is also direct and to the point. As head of housekeeping, she keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring that every corner is spotless and welcoming. With Fina in charge, you can count on a perfectly maintained villa and a truly relaxing stay.
Elda | Housekeeper
All the way from Kupang, Elda is the newest member of our team—and already a beloved one. With solid experience in housekeeping and a quiet, dependable presence, she helps keep the villa spotless and welcoming every day. Her family also lives here in Bali, which makes it feel a little more like home—for her, and for us.
Oktavius | Housekeeping & Maintenance
Meet Oktavius, he’s always on the move, making sure everything stays clean and in top shape. Fun fact: before joining us, Oktavius was a lower primary English teacher in Sumatra. So, think twice before sharing secrets—he just might understand!
Jun | Night Watch & Aspiring Ronin
Meet Jun, our silent guardian of the night. Don’t be fooled by his calm presence—he’s into martial arts and sees himself as a true Ronin, so better be on your best behavior after dark! Jun has just started learning English and loves practicing with guests—so feel free to throw him a “good evening” or two!
