During your stay you will have our multidisciplinary staff at your disposal who will do all they can to make you feel at home. They will cover: breakfast, security, housekeeping, maintenance, pool, garden and hospitality services. Just tell them what you need and if within reason and respectful, they will accommodate you to the best of their abilities.
Should you require catering services, a private dinner chef, massage or tennis coach, all this can be arranged for you via Riyo - our villa supervisor.
From the moment you arrive, our staff will greet you with warm smiles and ensure that you feel welcome and at home. Our experienced villa manager will be your point of contact throughout your stay, and will be available to assist you with anything you need, from arranging transportation to recommending local activities.
Fina | Housekeeping
Meet Fina, the heart of our housekeeping team. Before the owners even set foot in the villa, Fina was already here. Originally from Kupang, she is no-nonsense, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. Though she may be a little shy, she is also direct and to the point. As head of housekeeping, she keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring that every corner is spotless and welcoming. With Fina in charge, you can count on a perfectly maintained villa and a truly relaxing stay.

Meet Oktavius, he’s always on the move, making sure everything stays clean and in top shape. Fun fact: before joining us, Oktavius was a lower primary English teacher in Sumatra. So, think twice before sharing secrets—he just might understand!
